Miss E thanks all of the people who hit her with a twisted smile and thought, “Umm Hmm, you won’t ever make it; you don’t have what it takes.” Their negativity fueled her success because their negativity, coupled with her strong desire to follow her dreams and make it in life, led to the success she enjoys today. Her motivation to prove everyone wrong and, more importantly, show herself she could do anything she puts her mind to, helped her surpass all the negativity. “Umm Hmm- she made it!”

Miss E pushed through emotional neglect, hate, and bullying, choosing not to allow anything or anyone to stop her from building a life she loves. She is a college professor and a Registered Nurse. She has two undergraduate degrees, two master’s degrees, and a variety of specializations and certifications related to the field of substance abuse and mental health, areas that she is extremely passionate about. Most importantly, she is a dog mom to pups whom she loves and adores. She works tirelessly every day in an effort to make a positive impact on the world.
